Workforce Connection
This course is a Work-Site Experience (WSE) that is planned, organized, and conducted at the student's place of employment. WSE will be the primary method used for broadening learner's skills and increasing effectiveness and productivity. It is particularly appropriate for developing proficiency skills unique to a given occupation - especially occupations that require locally-owned equipment and facilities. Theory based instruction builds upon the knowledge and skills developed in the Workforce Staging course.
