BITE: Business and Information Technology Education Division
BITS: The division of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education that partners with Oklahoma businesses and industries to provide resources for executive, management, and employee training. The focus is on all aspects of organizational development, including strategic planning, leadership development, organizational needs, assessment, pre-employment assessments, supervisory training, skills training, etc. See Business and Industry Training Services.

Business Professionals of America (BPA): The Career and Technology Student Organization for students enrolled in Business and Information Technology Education.

Business and Entrepreneurial Services: Training and consulting services approved by the ODCTE offered at technology centers that are provided to entrepreneurs, farmers, ranchers, and business and industry clients. Approved Business and Entrepreneurial Services include: self-employment training and small business development, management and organizational development, Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network, and agricultural business management.
Business and Industry Development Division: A division of ODCTE that provides resources and support to business and industry staff at technology centers that offers customized business and industry training and services.
Business and Industry Services CORE Certification Program (BISCP): A professional development program for Business and Industry Services coordinators in technology centers.
Business and Industry Training Services (BITS): Training and services provided to adults and industry at technology centers that focuses on all aspects of organizational and business development, including strategic planning, leadership development, organizational needs, assessment, pre-employment assessments, supervisory training, skills training, etc.
Business and Information Technology Education Division (BITE): An educational division of the ODCTE that administers business and information technology education programs in technology centers and comprehensive high schools. The division provides products and services to promote the development of a comprehensive delivery system that is customer-focused and client-based for business and information technology industries.
Business and Information Technology Education Programs: Programs that are designed to prepare students in eight major areas of study within the business, management, and administration and information technology career clusters: management; business financial management and accounting; administrative and information support; human resources; network systems; information support and services; interactive media; and programming and software development.
